Pan-European Fund APS Invests $3.4 Million in Tokenized Italian Properties via MetaWealth
Pan-European asset manager APS has allocated €3 million ($3.4 million) to tokenized real estate bonds on MetaWealth's blockchain platform, marking institutional adoption of fractional property investments. The transaction involves two Rome-based residential assets—Fo.Ro Living Rome and Porta Pamphili Rome—with equal €1.5 million tranches.
MetaWealth's infrastructure enables retail investors to access institutional-grade real estate deals without intermediaries, offering programmable compliance and transparent blockchain settlement. "This bridges the gap between traditional finance and decentralized asset ownership," notes APS manager Mihai Pop. The platform has tokenized $50 million worth of properties across 23 jurisdictions.
